This dream could symbolize a sense of fear or hesitation in facing a challenging or uncomfortable situation in your waking life, as represented by the big dirty bathroom that you are afraid to enter. Your grandmother washing the bathroom may signify a source of support or guidance that can help you overcome your fears and tackle the issue.
Studying fashion design and wearing something fashionable for the first time may suggest a desire for self-expression, creativity, and exploring new aspects of yourself. Missing your bus and forgetting your face mask could reflect feelings of being unprepared or feeling rushed in your daily life.
The need to buy a fancy but pricy mask may indicate a need to invest in your appearance or present yourself in a certain way to fit in or meet expectations. Overall, this dream may be highlighting feelings of apprehension, being out of place, or trying to navigate challenges while striving for self-expression and adapting to new circumstances.
